Design Charettes
We specialize in the Design Charette, which is a dynamic multi-day process of focused design and strategy meetings held on the project site. The goal is to quickly evaluate the development potential of a project, define the physical and economic feasibility of the property and create a shared vision for the project between team and client. This process may include engineers, architects, market research analysts, economists, local planning officials and the client. This tested method creates diverse and layered development solutions, strengthens team relationships and allows for a more fluid and efficient design process.
