Idre Himmelfjall is a multi-season resort located in the Dalama region of central Sweden. The development plan includes 214 hectares of skiable terrain, 8 major lifts, mountain club and snowsports center, nordic ski facility, fishing outpost and 18 hole golf course. p l a n worked with International Alpine Design to integrate the real estate master plan into the proposed ski area creating a mixed-use village with boutique hotel, retail shops, condominiums and slopeside cabins. Thoughtful site planning locates mountainside homesites in a ski in-ski out configuration creating premium lot values and ease of circulation for guests. Our team provided real estate and village planning, golf course design, architectural visioning and signage design. The project is currently completing its initial phases of development.
