This single family residence located along the edge of Grand Teton National Park will become a sustainable estate residence that integrates into the natural environment. Careful building siting protected the existing cottonwood trees, allowed for optimum solar gain and creates a picture frame to the scenic mountain Grand Tetons. Renewable energies were harnessed through geo-thermal, micro-hydro and wind power to provide an off-the-grid sustainable residence. A native, low maintenance landscape nestles the home into its natural environment and provides food in a vegetable and herb gardens off of the kitchen.
