This luxury residence is positioned for sale following a site design and viewshed analysis to help market to potential buyers. Our team conducted site planning and viewshed analyses to determine the precise building elevations to maximize views across the Robert Trent Jones golf course to Caribbean Sea. The analysis balanced this resort property’s viewshed potential while ensuring the surrounding estates maintain undisrupted views to the golf course and ocean. Design parameters and a marketing package were then developed for our client to use as the design guide and sales tool.
