Secret Bay, awarded the “World’s Best Boutique Hotel 2016” by The World’s Best Boutique Hotel Awards, engaged P L A N for comprehensive master planning and architectural envisioning for the Phase 2 expansion of their luxury eco-resort in Dominica, West Indies. The Residences at Secret Bay offer a limited collection of architectural treehouse-style villas and bungalows poised on a majestic coastal plateau overlooking the Caribbean Sea, with each residence positioned amidst the stunning tropical landscape to ensure privacy. 42 residences will span across the 32-acre low density setting, with each villa and bungalow immersing guests and owners in the sea and forest. The eco-resort will offer access to three swimmable white sand beaches, an enchanting river, sea cave, private decks, yoga pavilion, swimming pool, fitness center, tree house spa, art barn, restaurant, land-based whale watching and sea kayaking.
P L A N was involved in comprehensive master planning of Secret Bay’s phase 2 eco-resort property, architectural design of the residential units, landscape architecture and amenity area and services facilities planning + design.
