Located in the Patagonian Andes of Argentina, Cerro Chapelco is an existing 150 hectare ski area with 10 lifts and 40 pistes. p l a n and International Alpine Design created a comprehensive Master Plan for an expanded ski area, boutique hotel, mixed-use village and a variety of real estate offerings. The overall master plan included land use alternatives, resort and real estate visioning, detailed master plan, mixed use village design and field oversight of construction projects. The renovation for this multi-seasonal mountain resort will transform Cerro Chapelco from a small day use ski area to an overnight resort destination.
